Why are americans nagging about foreign flags?

they always nag whenever someone waves with a foreign flag in america, but americans cant go on a vacation in some exotic place without bringing their flag with them. but if they dont have a flag, they have a t-shirt with american flag on it. you even went on a moon with your flag. is there any place where you dont bring your flag with you?

4. I don't know where you get your information but I am an American and I don't nag about foreign flags and I certainly do not bring an American flag with me when I travel abroad. I must add that I have a car license shape attached to my car that shows both the American flag and the flag of my birth country.
5. Think Americans complain when another flag flies ABOVE the American flag, this is the US after all.

I have never been on vacation, regardless of the country and witnessed what you speak of.I have however, seen Americans waving our flag and wearing American flag t-shirts during the Olympics and other international sporting events.The United States was the first country to land on the moon,thus deserving the acknowledgement of our nations accomplishment, represented in the placement of our flag.

9. I've never seen ANYONE nag about the foreign flags or ANY flags for that matter. Quit 'yer naggin'.
10. I don't agree with you. We see Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, Irish, English, Germans, Ghanaians, Nigerians waving their flags with no incidence here in America. On the other hand , we see people burning the American flag in foreign countries. We Americans are tolerant, very tolerant, many people jump over fences to get into America, I don't see too many Americans fleeing America.

We are just annoyed at the foreigners that wave their flag higher than the US flag ( which is illegal , but coming from an illegal - it figures ) and they want you accept their flag by waving it in your face. As for the typical Euro-trash question - we bring our flag to other countries. Because it is the only recognizable icon that we can relate to. Nobody lifts a finger to speak English except when they want to sell you something.
